SQE1 › SQE1 pass mark
SQE1 pass mark
There is no fixed SQE1 pass mark published in advance: the SRA sets one for each assessment at each sitting and publishes it with the results.
Is there a fixed pass mark?
No. The pass mark is set for each sitting through standard setting, so it can move between sittings. The SRA publishes it in the sitting's results report.
Do I need to pass FLK1 and FLK2 separately?
Each FLK is a separate assessment with its own attempts: the SRA allows up to three attempts at FLK1 and three at FLK2, and you cannot resit an assessment you have already passed.
How should I read my mock score?
Our score bands are indicative only: below 55% means below the recent pass range, 55–60% means around it, above 60% means above it. Aim to sit comfortably above the band before exam day.
